A futuristic first person shooter that is rather simple in gameplay but can be quite addictive. The main missions are not why you play this game, it's the multiplayer that makes it worthwhile. Wearing a metal power armor that gives you increased strength and speed you run or almost fly around completing set tasks while an opposing team tries to complete the same objectives.
Holding the Shift key allows you to run, when you have built up enough power you can sprint at very fast speeds for a limited time, jumping is similar, holding the jump button allows you to jump incredibly high being assisted by a jet pack with limited fuel that again recharges over time, this can make you a harder target to hit, and also allows for surprise attacks as you jump right over the terrain and land meters from youu opponent ready to pump a full magazine into them before they know what has happened.

Respawning doesn't make you magically appear at a random place on the battlefield, you select a place to respawn from the map and you dropped form a ship 15,000 feet in the air, dodging anti aircraft projectiles on the way down. Using the air brake before you hit the ground (kind of like a parachute) means you can turn and head away from a particular area if you suddenly change your mind.
The game has a very small campaign mode called "Corde's Story" where you control a character called Alex Corde who is a member of the 8th Armored Infantry, also known as Section 8. You can choose your primary weapons before each mission, before you drop into the battlefield or at Supply Stations located around various bases you control. Assault, Engineer Infiltrator, Recon, Guardian and Artillery classes give you preselected weapons, or you can slect a custom loadout choosing a primary and secondary weapon of assault rifles, machine guns, missile launchers, pistols, shotguns and sniper rifles. Primary and secondary equipment include det packs, grenades, knives, micro sensors, mortars, repair tools and sensor blockers. Passive modules include armor plating, anvil rounds, deceptor plates, lock on boosters, repair fields, shield boosters, polarity chargers, stealth matrix, and gyro stabilizers.

You follow instructions over a radio most of the time, running around a map completing tasks. You slowly gain ranks as you progress. There is an occasional cut scene movie and before you know it, "Corde's Story" is over.
Instant Action is pretty much your standard multiplayer, however you only playing against bots. Multiplayer is up to 40 players (lack of player slots can be filled up with bots) with home users able to make their own dedicated servers for 360 players, using the PC.

Using the Unreal Engine 3, the game has some fairly nice visuals and instrumental audio. The machine guns fire fast and loud. The ground at times seems seperate from the player running on it, also a bit lacking in detail making open areas looking obviously like the same thing repeated many times.
Not much of a story unfortunately, some story mission DLC's would be nice but this title would most likely be a popular multiplayer game if the servers can gather enough players. Hopefully this can take off.
