Edit the game shortcut and enter BEATRIX at the command line paramter. During gameplay, press Ctrl Shift C then enter the following codes:

spells: Research all spells
explore: Exploration
win: Win scenario
lose: Lose scenario
freemove: Unrestricted movement
towns: Own all independent towns
