To disable the Send Error Report to Microsoft window on system crashes, change the group policy in gpedit.

Click Start (the windows orb), then Run and type gpedit.msc When the gpedit window appears, click Computer Configuration, then Administrator Templates, then System, then Internet Communication Management, and then Internet Communication Settings.

Look for Turn off Windows error reporting, and change the setting to disable this feature.

It is important to realize that this window isn't the problem on our computer, it is the result of the problem. Disabling this error window wont fix the problem on the computer. The information is sent to Microsoft so that the underlying problem can be solved.
