This is a nice guide for making screenshots of your movies.

Download Image Grabber from the link below and save it to your desktop.
Extract the files.
Install the program.
Run Image Grabber.
Click File, then Open Video. Select your video.
When the video starts playing, click Stop (the Red Square).
Click on the black monitor button (Next to Stop) and enter the amount of images to take. (15 is a good amount).

Scroll through the movie, select a good scene and press the End button, or allow Image Grabber to do this automatically.
Click File and select Save File.
Adjust your settings.
Done!
