This is probably the easiest way to burn your downloaded video files to a DVD.
Using this method, your movie will be burnt to a DVD that will automatically play (no menu's) when you insert it into the DVD player. All you need is the program below, a blank DVD, a DVD burner and the file you want to burn. The program has a lot of features but does not try to take over your machine like Nero and is not complicated like other software.

Setup:
Download ConvertXtoDVD from the link below and save it to your desktop.
Extract the two files.
Install the program.
Run ConvertXtoDVD.
Click Settings, then General, then select a working folder.
Click Settings, then DVD Menu, then select "Auto Start Playback"
Click Settings, then Encoding then select "Long Projects". Under Target Size, select a DVD output size. (Usually DVD5), now click "Conversion Priority" and select "normal".
Click Settings, then DVD Specification and select PAL or NTSC, then select your resolution (Auto).
To make a DVD:
Run ConvertXtoDVD.
Click File, then Add Video File, then select the movie file you want to add to a DVD.
Insert your DVD into your DVD burner.
Click the "Convert" button.
