It is possible this program can be uninstalled in Control Panel. Read the article: How to Uninstall Programs. Uninstalling may also leave files behind. You may also be infected with other Malware.
Download 
Malwarebytes Anti Malware. Install and update the scanner then click Perform Quick Scan, then click Scan.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart.
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
Save this log and go to the Malware Removal Forum to have your computer checked to see if any other Malware remains on your computer.
